Forestry Wool was born on one of New Zealand’s remote beaches, Te Arai (Forestry beach) outside of Auckland. Surrounded by thick green forest and farmland. Inspired by the restorative power of nature and the ability of sheep to regrow their wool every year, we create ethically created wool blankets, woven with natures finest raw material.

Our wool is sourced from New Zealand (we are a brand partner of Campaign for Wool). Our blankets are woven by skilful craftsman in a family owned Mill in Lithuania, with the highest possible working standards, and who carry certifications that guarantee our wool is pure and harmless to both animals and humans.

We are committed to our ethos of sustainability and are focused on ways we can improve how we do things at each step. Our Wool is traceable back to its farm in New Zealand, where sustainable farming is a way of life and animals are protected and cared for with the well-being of future generations in mind.
