All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or their international partners and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours during regular business hours. Please note that additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
We aim for a smooth delivery process, and ensuring that you provide full and accurate delivery details, including a valid local phone number and email address, helps make that happen. Please respond promptly to any requests from the courier, as we can’t be held responsible for delays, returns, or disposal caused by incorrect details or the recipient’s failure to collect the parcel.
If your parcel is returned to us due to customs non-collection or delivery issues, any associated costs, such as return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and courier fees will be deducted from any refund issued. If the parcel is abandoned due to a lack of collection or necessary information, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

Returns
We hope you love your blanket but we do accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date your blanket is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the item price only, excluding any original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise that returns are sent via a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
